Luckie Farms is hiring positive, high-vibe, reliable team members for the holiday season! This is a unique chance to work closely with our reindeer, Highland cows and calves, yaks, donkeys, alpacas, horses, and more — all while helping families create magical holiday memories.

✨ Available Positions
We have several seasonal roles available. Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include:
Tour Guide / Guest Experience Lead
Lead walking tours for visiting groups
Share fun facts and educational information about our animals
Direct guests and answer questions
Help create memorable Santa and animal meet-and-greet moments
Daily Farm & Animal Care Support
(Included in all roles)
Feed animals
Clean pens and complete general farm chores
Carry hay and supplies
Safely interact with large farm animals
Maintain a clean, safe farm environment
Holiday Gift Store Attendant
Assist guests with purchases
Restock merchandise
Operate the register
Provide warm, friendly customer service
📅 Schedule & Work Environment
Seasonal work from the 3rd week of November through January 4, 2026
Part-time and full-time options available
Open 7 days a week with multiple shift times (hours of operation of the farm are typically 8 am to 7 pm)
Hard start times; soft end times depending on daily workflow
Outdoor work in all conditions: rain, cold, mud, and holiday-season weather
Positive, family-friendly, team-oriented environment
💵 Compensation
Starting at approximately Washington minimum wage for first-time employees
Entry-level, but offers rare hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and the chance to bring holiday joy to thousands of guests
Priority in consideration with future job opportunities as our farm expands
🧰 Who We’re Looking For
Applicants must be:
18 years or older
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
Able to lead tours or perform customer-service duties
Comfortable working with animals
Physically capable of farm tasks (cleaning, carrying hay, lifting, etc.)
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work well in a team
Able to pass a background check
Comfortable working around people of all ages
In possession of reliable transportation (no public transit access to the farm)
