Our historic wedding barn construction has taken a little longer than we originally hoped, but we believe some things are worth waiting for. We’re committed to taking the time to get every detail just right so that when we open our doors, the space is everything we’ve envisioned for your special day.

We’re planning to begin booking spring weddings and beyond in January 2027. We know waiting a little longer may be disappointing for some couples who are ready to choose their date, and we completely understand.

We’re so excited to share this beautiful space with you and truly appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on something special.

Our 2027 rates are $9,500 for a Friday, $10,000 for a Saturday, and $8,500 for a Sunday. Sundays on 3 day weekend are available at the Saturday rate. We don’t offer a different rate for a more intimate wedding at this time.

The Historic Dairy Barn

Built in 1922, our stunning 7,000+ square foot dairy barn is a rare piece of Washington history and proudly listed on the Washington State Historic Register. With its soaring beams, timeless craftsmanship, and character you simply can’t recreate today, it is truly a one-of-a-kind setting.

Over the past five years, we have lovingly restored and renovated this extraordinary space, preserving its rustic charm while preparing it to host unforgettable celebrations. The result is a breathtaking backdrop where history, beauty, and romance come together for your dream wedding.

Expansive Space: Two full stories featuring an expansive upstairs and downstairs.

Jaw-Dropping Architecture: The upstairs features incredible 27-foot ceilings that will leave your guests in awe.

Modern Amenities: Plumbed bathrooms on both the lower and upper levels.

Catering Ready: A full kitchen is conveniently located on the lower level.

Large guest capacity: We can accommodate small weddings to 250+ guests. *Exact barn capacity will be given by the fire marshal.

Open all year: Unlike other farms, we offer plenty of indoor space making it a great option for weddings any time of year.

Farm Charm on your Special Day

Set on 75 breathtaking acres, our farm offers a one-of-a-kind wedding setting filled with natural beauty, historic charm, and endless opportunities for stunning photography.

With multiple historic barns, eight acres of flowers blooming in front of the wedding barn, a new stamped concrete patio, a peaceful creek winding nearby, sweeping views toward the Olympic Mountains, and unforgettable sunsets, every corner of the property creates a picture perfect backdrop.

From your ceremony to your final dance, this is a place where unforgettable memories are made and your wedding day becomes truly extraordinary.

What’s included

Venue Access

You will have access to the venue from 10 AM to 11 PM on your wedding day. This time includes both setup and cleanup.

Wedding Rehearsal

A one-hour wedding rehearsal is included and can be scheduled during the week of your wedding.

Ceremony Location

You can choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony location, depending on your vision and the availability of the space.

Getting Ready Rooms

Two private getting-ready rooms are included for your wedding party.

Tables and Chairs

Wedding tables and chairs are included with your venue rental.

Parking

On-site guest parking is available.

Restrooms

Plumbed guest restrooms are located within the historic barn.

Catering Kitchen

Our full catering kitchen is available for your caterer or catering team.

Make your big day truly one-of-a-kind with options to tour Luckie Farms on your wedding day, for you or your wedding guests!

What does that mean? You can include our beloved farm animals in your celebration. Imagine the delight of your guests interacting with baby Highland calves, reindeer (yes, reindeer!), mini donkeys, alpacas, pigs, horses, and more. It’s the perfect way to give your guests the most memorable wedding experience they’ll ever have.
