A quick look at our policies helps ensure a smooth experience — here’s what you need to know before your visit to LuckieFarms.
Conditions & Guidelines
A few simple rules keep things safe and enjoyable — here’s what to know about entry, pets, and photography at LuckieFarms.
Media & Likeness Policy
By entering Luckie Farms, you agree that your voice, name, and/or likeness may be recorded and used in photography, video, or other media for promotional or advertising purposes, without compensation. These materials may be used by Luckie Farms, its partners, successors, and licensees in any form of media now known or developed in the future, without limitation of time. You release Luckie Farms and its affiliates from any and all liability related to such use.
Ticketing Policy
Non-Refundable Ticket
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
Rescheduling
Tickets may be rescheduled online up to 48 hours prior to your tour time, subject to availability.
Late Arrivals
Guests who arrive late may forfeit their tickets.
Children
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Animal Safety Policy
Sheep & Goats
Sheep and goats can be deadly to reindeer. Visitors are responsible for ensuring they have not been in contact with sheep or goats within 3 days prior to their tour.
Dogs & Service Animals
No dogs are allowed on the property.
Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals may be restricted in rare cases where their presence would fundamentally alter the nature of a program. Because our farm is home to reindeer and other livestock, the presence of dogs—even service animals—may cause distress or behavioral disruption. In these cases, ADA allows for reasonable restrictions, and service animals may not be permitted in certain areas.

We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
